Daniel is an international expert in creating and implementing sustainable and impactful company cultures through engaging and exemplary leadership and commercial behaviors.

He graduated as a business economist, having acquired his degree at the University of Applied Science in Basel/Switzerland, and is also a Fellow of the Strategy Academy of Rotterdam/The Netherlands. In addition to his background in economic science, Daniel possesses equally valuable leadership competencies, acquired over the past 20 years in the course of his contacts and business projects with international management figures.


His professional passion led him to cooperate with national and international companies and organizations like Champions League, Chopard, Coop, Clariant, Dannemann, DSM, Feldschlösschen Brewery, Franke, H.B. Fuller, Henkel-Ecolab, Hiestand, HSBC, IAMS Petfood, ITRIS Group, IWC Schaffhausen, Kägi, KPMG, Kuoni, LODH Private Bank, Merrill Lynch, MPS Micro Precision Systems AG (RMB), Nestlé, Nespresso, Nobel Biocare, Philip Morris International, SAP, MSD Schering-Plough, Sulzer, Winterthur Insurance, SVA Zurich, Viollier Labs and many more.


Daniel works for Living Vision to support organizations and individuals to define their vision and to bring them alive successfully with the Living Vision Associates around the globe. He has been part of the EBO/MBO process at a European training company where he was an active Senior Partner for 15 years. During his tenure he has been a member of the R&D group, developing leadership and commercial excellence programs for different sectors of economic activity. He took on the role of coordinator for Switzerland in the International Operations Team as Director Business Development for Switzerland.

Per is a specialist for training and coaching of international Management Teams and Top Executives to “Walk the talk” and be role models in their daily practice. Per Cedergren also specializes in identifying and developing corporate cultures in the desired direction. He is active as consultant, trainer & coach globally since 1993.

He graduated from Stockholm School of Economics as a Master of Business Administration. Per’s professional path led him to Tetra Pak in the USA and to Procter & Gamble Scandinavia Brand Management.


He has been part of an EBO/MBO process at an European training company where he had been an active Senior Partner for over 10 years responsible for the Nordic and Middle Eastern region.
